About the Basic Calculator
A simple, easy-to-use calculator with memory keys, square root, percentages and a history of your calculations.
How to use the Basic Calculator
- Click or tap the number and operator buttons to build your calculation.
- Use √, x², 1/x and % for quick operations, and +/− to change the sign.
- Store values with MS or M+, recall them with MR and clear memory with MC.
- Use ⌫ to delete the last digit and AC to clear everything. Past results appear under Calculation History.
Tips
- M+ adds the displayed value to memory and M− subtracts it, which is handy for running totals.
- For powers, trigonometry and logarithms, use the Scientific Calculator.
